w w w 编号： 　　　 本科毕业设计 24m跨轻钢厂房设计 The design of the workshop of 24m span light steel structure 学 院 建筑工程与环境学院 专 业 土木工程 班 级 土木072班 学 号 074110224 姓 名 指导教师（校内） 职称：教授 指导教师（校外） 职称： 完成日期 2011年5月 24m跨轻钢厂房设计 摘要：该工程位于宁波市，是72米长24米跨钢结构厂房，带吊车。建筑等级：耐久等级为Ⅱ级，耐火等级为Ⅱ级，设防烈度为7度。厂房采用门式钢架结构，屋面板采用75厚的EPS夹芯板，懔条采用卷边槽型檩条，梁柱为H型钢，基础为柱下独立基础。本设计是对轻型钢结构的实际工程进行建筑、结构设计与计算。主要对承重结构进行了内力分析和内力组合，在此基础上确定梁柱截面，对梁柱作了弯剪压计算，验算其平面内外的稳定性；梁柱均采用Q345B 钢，10.9 级摩擦型高强螺栓连接，局部焊接采用E43 型焊条，柱脚为刚性连接,梁柱为铰接连接。 关键词：轻型钢结构；厂房；门式钢架； 设计 The design of the workshop of 24m span light steel structure Author：Sun qinjun ABSTRACT：The workshop lies Ningbo which is a 72meters in length and 24-meter span steel structure workshop with one crane. Class of construction: Durable grade Ⅱ,fire protection rating Ⅱ,earthquake intensity 7 degrees. The workshop adopts portal frame while the proof of the building adopts the 75 thick EPS sandwich board and the purline use crimping tank-type purline, both the beam and column use the H section steel. The base is a single base under the column. This design is to proceeds the building construction design to the structural and actual engineering in light steel and calculation. The tractate includes the internal force analyzes and combines, based on these analyse, we can choose the section of beam and columniation. Next, checking computations of stability calculation of the plane structure. The steel beam and column employs Q345 carbon structural steel. Connection bolts are high strenth bolt of friction type with behavoure grade 10.9. Rod for mannual welding usually adopts E43. rigid connection apply to the column leg and the connection of column and beam adopts hinged connection.
