PAGE 摘 要 随着社会的不断进步，新型纺纱技术的广泛应用于纺织行业，同时各种新型纺纱原料不断得到应用，很有必要在新型纺纱设备上利用新型原料进行纺纱技术的研究和探讨。 本文利用棕色彩棉以及白棉在转杯纺纱机上进行纺纱，实验过程从纤维到纱线，确定棕棉与白棉混纺比之后，进行梳棉，并条，纺纱，之后测试纱线性能。 核心部分为正交试验及其结果分析，改变捻度，分梳辊速度，混纺比三个因素，确定出各自的三个水平，设计三因素三水平的正交表，在转杯纺纱机上试纺两种不同细度（58.3tex，32.0tex）的纱线，将试纺出来的纱线进行毛羽测试，USTER条干测试和强力测试，对结果进行分析对比，对58.3tex的纱线来说，捻度影响9个指标中的5个因素，其次为分梳辊速度，影响3个指标，最后为混纺比。综合分析时，确定了伸长率，强度为主要指标，得出优化方案。对于32.0tex的纱线来说，捻度，混纺比和分梳辊速度各影响3个指标，综合分析时，确定了强度，毛羽为主要指标，得出优化方案。 此外，在此过程中用到的主要机器设备的特点性能对其进行了介绍。 关键词：天然棕色彩棉，转杯纺，捻度，分梳辊速度，混纺比，毛羽，强力，条干不匀率 ABSTRACT As society develepment, new spinning technology widely is used in the textile industry, and various new materials constantly are used to spinning arer, it is very necessary to research and study using of new materials on the new spinning equipment for the spinning technology. In this paper, brown and white-colored cotton are used to spinnong on the Rotor spinning, the whole experiment is from fiber to yarn. Brown and white cotton blending ratio are fixed.Then after,combing,drawing and spinning .At last test the yarn of properties. For the core of the experiment is orthogonal test and analyze the results .Change twist, carding roller speed, blend for the three of factors, then determine their three of level, finally design three factors and three levels of orthogonal. On the rotor spinning machine try to spinning two different yarns(58.3 tex, 32.0tex).The yarns will try out yarn hairiness tests ,USTER test and strength test, then analysis and comparison the results,for 58.3 tex of the yarn, twist impact 5 factors of nine indicators, followed by blend rate, which impact on three indicators, for the final is carding roller speed. Comprehensive analysis, identified extensibility and intensity value for the yarn as the main indicators, then make the best pLan.
