PAGE PAGE 16 吉林省非物质文化遗产传承人培育策略 摘 要：吉林省历史悠久，拥有丰富的非物质文化遗产，保护传承人是保护非物质文化遗产的核心，然而，近年来吉林省传承人却面临也越来越多的困境与问题。针对这些困境与问题，本文提出了具体策略。非物质文化遗产传承人的培育需要多方面的努力，政府应加大对传承人的普查力度、制定完善的法律法规制度、提高传承人的社会地位和社会声望、建立传承人保护基金，学校以及社会文化组织应采取多元化、立体化的传承结构培育新一代传承人，传承人自身也应提高产业化意识和文化自觉性。希望本文的建议和措施，对我省非物质文化遗产保护工作有一定的借鉴和启示。 关键词：非物质文化遗产；传承人；培育策略 JiLin Province of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of People Cultivation Strategy Institute of Politics and Law，Grade 2009，Qiao Yang Abstract：Jilin Province has a long history, has a wealth of intangible cultural heritage, heritage protection is the core of the protection of intangible cultural heritage inheritors However, in recent years, Jilin Province are facing more and more difficulties and problems. Keywords：Intangible cultural heritage; heritage; nurturing strategy 充满智慧、勇于探索的中国人民在五千年悠久历史长河中创造了无数令世人惊叹的文化瑰宝，给我们留下了丰富而宝贵的文化遗产。一方面是有物质形态的“有形”的文化遗产，如建筑、文物、典籍等，被称为物质文化遗产；另一方面是非物质形态的“无形”的文化遗产，如民俗活动、表演艺术、传统手工技艺等被称为非物质文化遗产。“非物质文化遗产应涵盖五个方面的项目：（1）口头传说和表述（2）表演艺术（3）社会风俗、礼仪、节庆（4）有关自然界和宇宙的知识和实践（5）传统的手工艺技能。”[1]非物质文化遗产的大部分领域一般都由传承人的口传心授而得以代代相传，传承人掌握着祖先创造的精湛技艺和文化传统，既是非物质文化遗产活的宝库，又是非物质文化遗产薪火相传的实施者
