精品 哈 尔 滨 剑 桥 学 院 毕 业 论 文 论文题目：企业经营风险的成因分析及其利用和控制问题 学 生： 指导教师： 专 业： 会计学（财务会计方向） 班 级： 08级——1班 2012年5月 摘 要 随着生产的不断扩大，规模的不断发展，一个企业内含的风险因素也将越来越复杂，本文选取经营风险这一角度来分析企业的风险成因。 企业风险是指某一对企业目标的实现可能造成负面影响的事项发生的可能性，企业在制定和实现自己目标的过程中，会碰到各种各样的风险，所以需要进行风险利用控制。企业风险利用控制就是通过分析风险成因利用控制这些风险，从而提高公司的盈利能力和实现企业的目标。 本文的研究结论对于分析和预测企业的经营风险，有着借鉴和参考价值。虽然以个体为例，但是对于其他类型的企业也将有启示性的作用。 文章首先介绍了企业的经营风险以及经营风险的特点后， 分析了企业经营风险出现 的原因， 并在此基础上提出了 控制企业经营风险的对策 关键词：经营风险 成分 成因 利用 控制  ABSTRACT As production continued to expand, the continuous development of the scale, a companys risky factors will become more and more complex, this paper chooses managing risk analysis of enterprise risk.
