The steel must be Ca-treated (calcium treatment) or treated with similar process so that the Mn-Sulphide morphology demands (chapter 1.5) can be met. The steel grade must not be changed after that the initial sample has been approved by Scania. 1.2 Chemical composition When sampling for chemical analysis, STD 3732 applies.
