Through m odality of bacteria, specialty in physi olog ic and b iochem ical, and 16S rDNA, w e identified the bacteria to be B acillus subt ilis. The results show ed that the m ost optmi al cu ltu re conditions of th is bacterium was: incubating at 37 , pH 65, w ith 01~ 025 m ol/ N aC.l But incubating at 05 ~ 10 m ol/ NaCl and pH 7~ 10, the strain could still grow, and th is showed that the strain m ight have endurity against salt and salkali.
