病案工作满意度问卷调查 顾俊华 泰州市人民医院病案室 摘要： 目的调查医院医护及职能后勤人员对病案工作人员工作能力和工作水平的了解 和认可情况，提高病案室服务于临床医务人员以及各职能科室的能力。方法对 医院医护人员、职能后勤人员进行问卷调查，使用Epidate3. 1建立数据库录入 数据，使用SPSS16.0统计软件进行数据分析，采用描述性统计方法，计数资料 采用频数和频数百分比表示。结果调查显示医务人员对病案工作流程很了解的 仅占22. 5%,病案的归档方式认为合理80.9%、借阅流程满意度47. 2%,归档病 案整改流程满意度19.1%。结论将问卷调查列为科室常态管理工具，作为评判 病案室工作人员能力和绩效考核的依据，从而制定一系列整改措施和改进方法, 可促进病案室工作满意度的不断提高。 关键词： 问卷调查法;提高;工作满意度;应用; 收稿日期：2017-06-21 Questionnaire Survey on the Satisfaction of Medical Records Work Gu Junhua Department of Medical Records, Taizhou Peoples Hospital; Abstract： Objectives To survey the level of understanding and recognition of hospital care and support personnel for medical staff working ability, improve the record room service in the clinical ability of medical staff and the functional departments. Methods A questionnaire survey on the medical staff of the hospital was performed, Epidate3. 1 was used to establ ish a database for data entry, the data were anal yzed using SPSS16. 0 statistical software, using descriptive statistics, frequcncy and frequency count data expressed by percentage. Results The survey showed that medical personnel knew only 22. 5% of the working procedure of the medical record, and the ding methods of the medical records were considered reasonable 80.9%, the satisfaction of the borrowing process was 47. 2%, and the saltisfeiction degree of the medical record rectificeition process was 19. 1%. Conclusions To set the questionnaire survey as normal as management tools in a department, take it as the basis of ability evaluation and performanee evaluation, so as to develop a series of corrective measures and improvement methods to promote continue)usly improvement of job satisfaction of medical records work.
