Step1 Warming-up :Describe yourself in 10years
Introduce myself in ten years (以梦想和居住地等为话题引导出be going to 和will,使学生初步感知,并复习上单元有关职业的词汇。)
师生简单问答关于学生十年后的自己。
Ask Ss to use some sentences to describe themselves according to the mind map and the sentence structure.
以旧知引出新知will,做到复习和新知的衔接。
通过学生更加具体的预测十年后的自己为下面的学习做铺垫。

According to the mind map in this part, give my predictions as examples. “I think people will…I don’t think people will..
Ask Ss work in group of four to write down more predictions about the world in 100 years, according to the pictures and the sentence structure. (学生也可作提示之外的预测。)
Ss share ideas together. Do they agree or disagree?
Lead Ss to look at the picture and the two boys’ predictions in 1a.
Listen to the two boys’ conversation, circle the predictions you hear and check the answers.
Ask Ss their ideas about these predictions. “Will people/students/robots …? Yes, they will. / No, they won’t.
