锌极化曲线的测定及应用实验研究 庄志萍1,　任玉兰1,　刘　丽2 (11牡丹江师范学院化学系,黑龙江牡丹江　157012;21吉林大学化学学院,吉林长春　130023 　　摘要:锌电极极化曲线的测定及应用实验研究很少,本实验采用恒电位法测定锌在不同pH 缓冲溶液中的阳极极化曲线,及在酸性介质磷酸溶液中和在酸性介质中加入缓蚀剂硫脲后的极化曲线。得到锌在不同介质中钝化电位、钝化电流等电化学参数,由此得出锌在pH 9118缓冲溶液中的钝化电位比在pH 4100和pH 6186中低,而钝化电位的范围更宽,说明锌在pH 9118溶液中更容易钝化。因为锌在此溶液中生成了致密的氢氧化膜,从而阻碍腐蚀。在酸性介质磷酸溶液中加入缓蚀剂硫 脲后,阻碍了阳极过程,自腐电流下降。极化曲线的测量对化学电源、电镀、电冶金、电解、金属防腐蚀和电化学基础研究等有着重要的意义。 关键词:锌;极化;磷酸;缓冲溶液;缓蚀作用 中图分类号:　　　　　文献标识码:B 　　　　　文章编号:1001-0017(200603-0206-02 Determination of Polarization Curve of Zinc and Application Experiment ZHUANG Zhi -ping 1,RE N Y u -lan 1and LIU Li 2 (1.Department o f Chemistry ,Mudanjiang Teacher s College ,Mudanjiang 157012,China ;2.College o f chemistry ,Jilin Univer sity ,Changchun 130023,China Abstract :There were few experiments of determ ination and application of polarization curve of zinc.The polarization curve of zinc in bu ffer s olution of differ 2ent pH was determ ined by constant electric potential method ,as well as it was in acidic medium H 3PO 3s olution and thiourea added acidic medium.S o we g ot elec 2trochem istry parameters of zinc in different mediums such as passivate electric potential and current ,etc.The results showed that passivate electric potential of zinc in bu ffer s olution of pH 9118was lower than it in of pH 4100and of pH 6186,and the range of passivate electric potential was wider.And it concluded that zinc was easier to passivate in s olution of pH 9118.Because the corrosion was inhibited by the thick hydroxide film of zinc formed in this s olution.When adding thiourea as the corrosion inhibitor in acidic medium H 3PO 3s olution ,the anode reaction was blocked ,the self corrosion current declined.Determ ination of polarization curve played a role in chem ical electrical s ource ,galvanization ,electrometallurgy ,electrolysis ,corrosion protection of metal and the basic research of electrochem istry.
