* 对外贸易与世界技术扩散 才国伟 （中山大学岭南学院 510275 ） 内容提要 随着对外贸易的不断发展，中国经济正在迅速融入世界经济当中，发达国家 的技术扩散成为我国技术进步的重要来源。本文首先分析了我国与主要贸易伙伴国之间双边 贸易和技术进步的历史演变；然后，构建世界技术扩散的理论模型，阐述了技术领导者和跟 随者之间相对稳态技术水平差异的决定因素；最后，利用历史数据对我国技术进步的动态调 整方程进行了实证检验。结果证实了我国存在着发达国家的技术扩散，而且对外贸易在技术 扩散中起着重要作用。 关 键 词 对外贸易 技术扩散 动态调整 Foreign Trade and Technology Diffusion from the World CAI Guowei (Lingnan School of Sun Yat-sen University, 510275) Abstract: Along with the development of foreign trade, China is mixing in the economy of the world. The technology diffusion of the developed countries becomes one of the important sources of technology progress. This paper firstly analyzes the history evolvement of bilateral trade and technology progress between China and her trade companions. Then, a technology diffusion model is constructed, and the determining factors of comparative equilibrium of technology difference between technology leader and follower are clarified. Finally, we use the history data to test the dynamic adjustment equation of China’s technology progress. The result shows that there is technology diffusion from the developed countries to China, and the foreign trade plays an important role in the technology diffusion.
