皮肤软组织扩张在头面颈皮肤缺损修复中 应用 【摘要】目的：探讨皮肤软组织扩张在头面颈皮肤 缺损修复中的应用效果。方法：选取2010年4月-2013年2 月在笔者所在医院治疗的头面颈皮肤损伤患者50例为研究 对象，所有患者均实施皮肤软组织扩张手术修复面颈部皮肤 损伤，积极改善患者全身情况、创面处理，待病情稳定后实 施一期创面封闭，置入扩张器，并扩张注水后行二期扩张皮 瓣修复工作，观察治疗期间患者感染情况和扩张器外露情况 并对手术修复缺损效果进行评价。结果：50例患者除2例患 者因扩张囊外露导致失败选择其他修复方式进行治疗，其余 48例均顺利治愈面颈部缺损，修复效果好；治疗期间并发症 3例，分别为口角牵拉移位、瘢痕性秃发、轻度眼睑外翻， 对症治疗后好转康复。结论：皮肤软组织扩张在头面颈皮肤 缺损修复中的应用效果较好，但是要根据患者病情进行合理 选择与正确应用，以达到最佳效果，适宜临床大力应用推广。 【关键词】皮肤软组织扩张术；头面颈部皮肤缺损； 扩张注水 中图分类号R826. 62文献标识码B文章编号 1674-6805 (2014) 10-0118-02 Application of Skin and Soft Tissue Expansion in the Head, Face and Neck Skin Defects Repairing/PAN Ya-fu, YING Wei-rong .//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research, 2014, 12 (10)： 118-119 【Abstract 】 Objective : To investigate the application of the skin and soft tissue expansion in the head, face and neck skin repair.
