Color preservation of several common plant specimens

Abstract: The process of making the unbleached plant specimens include 3 steps: collection, color retention and
preservation. For plant of rich resources, whether using the optimum method of color preservation to process plants
directly determines the quality of specimen products. In this paper, the color preservation methods of plants which are
green, red, yellow, white, multicolor and so on were summarized from review of research literature in recent years. It
is useful to provide guidance for the modern development of high quality plant specimens and the color preservation.
