PAGE 氯代环氧脂肪酸甲酯增塑性能研究 摘要 本文以主要成分为脂肪酸甲酯的生物柴油为主要原料，进行环氧，氯代二步反应合成了氯代环氧脂肪酸甲酯。实验通过测取不同比重的产品，对其作为增塑剂部分替代增塑剂DOP的增塑效果进行研究探讨，具体通过对产品进行拉伸试验，分析试验中断裂伸长率、最大力和抗拉强度数据，并且对产品进行红外光谱分析，得到最佳性能的产品。当增塑剂的含量为40%DOP，60%比重为1.082的氯代环氧脂肪酸甲酯时期增塑效果最佳。 关键词 氯代甲氧基环氧脂肪酸甲酯；氯化；增塑剂 ABSTRACT Chlorinated methoxy mothyl esters has low volatile and good insulating, and is inflaming retarding , inexpensive.It can be used as fire retardant and methylating reagent for pvc . The diesel which main elements is mothyl esters as the main raw materials, methyl alcohol as methylating reagent, the chlorination will react and synthesize the chlorinated methoxy mothyl esters. The experiment studies and explores the plastification effect of chlorinated methoxy mothyl esters that is as plasticizer and partially replace DOP, by selecting several different proportion of production,and get the best performance products. Another experiment takes epoxy methoxy mothyl esters as material in place of methoxy mothyl esters for synthesizing chlorinated epoxy methoxy mothyl esters in the same operation,which is for comparison with the fomer. The experimental results show that the plasticizer which is content of 80% DOP and 20% chlorinated methoxy mothyl esters which proportion is 1.097 has the best plastification effect. chlorinated methoxy mothyl esters Widely used in the plastic, cabling, rough flooring , leatheroid, rubber products, also used in paint, oil etc.In addition it also hsc additive flame retardant and low cost. And it become a important chemical products , and are also important in most of chloralkali plant for ballancing the chlorine.
