急诊危重症疾病现状研究与分析 陈倩，安晓洁，刘景峰，李会华，胡卫民 作者单位:北京市房山区良乡医院。邮政编码：102401 第一作者：陈倩 女 36岁 本科 主治医师 北京市房山区良乡医院急诊科副主任 电话邮箱： lxcqlhh@ 通讯地址：北京市房山区拱辰大街45号 邮编：102401 摘要 目的 分析急诊科危重症患者的疾病种类、患病性别、年龄、时间分布等特点，用以合理安排医疗资源，提高急诊应急能力和诊疗质量。方法 回顾整理我院2006-01-01至2010-12-30急诊科575名资料完整APACHE-II评分大于15分（含15），年龄大于16岁（含16）患者病例，分析危重症构成及规律。用EXCEL软件进行计算。结果 急诊危重症患者人数呈逐年上升趋势，急诊危重症位居前五位的是：神经科系统疾病、循环系统疾病 、呼吸系统疾病、中毒、颅脑损伤。急诊危重症患者男多于女，发病年龄段前5位的是：76岁以上，66-75岁，46-55岁，56-65岁，36-45岁。就诊量位居前五位月份是：1月、2月、3月、10月、4月。结论 本研究揭示了我院16岁以上危重症疾病谱及性别、年龄、时间分布规律，为应对疾病高峰期，合理安排医疗资源，提高抢救成功率提供资料。 关键词 危重疾病 疾病谱 发病规律 The research and analysis of current situation of emergency critical disease Abstract: objective: Analysis of the character of critical patients of the emergency department in disease species、age and gender of patients、distribution of sick time to rational arrange the medical resources、 Improve emergency ability and the quality of medical. Methods: Retrospectively analysis of constitution and law of the 575 patients cases which have the complete APACHE-II score more than 15 points (including 15),and the age is more than 16 years old (including 16) of 2006-01-01 to 2010-12-30. Use of EXCEL software to calculate. Result: The critically ill patients number of emergency treatment is increasing year by year .The top five is: neurologist system disease、 circulation system disease、 respiratory system disease、poisoning 、 craniocerebral injury. The number of male patients are more than female patients. Age group of the top five is: 76 years of age or older, 66-75 years old, 46-55 years old, 56-65 years old, 36-45 years old.The numbers of patients the five top months is January、February、March、October and April .Conclusion: The study reveals the spectrum of critically disease and distribution of gender、 age and time of patients over 16 years old. It can furnish information of response to the disease peak, reasonable arrange the medical resources and improve the success rate. Key words :critical illness spectrum of
