集美大学诚毅学院 学年设计（论文） 题目 浅析反恐与不干涉内政的关系 学院 集美大学诚毅学院 专业 法 学（海商法方向） 年级 2011级 班级 1192 姓名 张浩霖 学号 2011927025 指导老师 苏志明 职称 讲师 2015年3月 浅析反恐与不干涉内政之间的关系 [摘要]： 恐怖主义已经成为21世纪对国际社会的主要威胁之一，反恐也愈发受到世界各国的重视。反恐与不干涉内政之间的矛盾也成为了当下国际法上的主要问题。本文先系统的阐述了恐怖主义和国际反恐的义务，接着通过分析不干涉内政原则和不干涉内政原则所遭受的挑战以引出反恐与不干涉内政之间的矛盾。然后再通过分析伊拉克战争提出推动反恐与不干涉内政和睦发展的三个方法。本论文为解决反恐与不干涉内政之间的矛盾提出的方法可以提供一定的参考。 [关键字]： 恐怖主义 国家内政 反恐 干涉内政 The relationship between terrorism and non-interference Abstract Terrorism has become one of the main threats in twenty-first Century to the international community, terrorism is also more attention all over the world. The contradiction between terrorism and non-interference has become the main problem of the current international law. Firstly the system describes the terrorism and international counter-terrorism obligations, and then through the analysis of the challenge of non-interference in the internal affairs of the principles and the principle of non-interference in internal affairs suffer to elicit anti terrorism and not to interfere with the contradiction between the interior. Then through the analysis of the Iraq war put forward three methods to promote the harmonious development of counter-terrorism and non-interference. This method for resolving the contradiction between terrorism and non-interference in internal affairs of the proposed can provide a reference.
