Physical examination: the consciousness is clear, bilateral pupil wait for a circle greatly, the diameter is 3mm, responsive to light. Eye movement is less flexible and check-up is less cooperative, simple word can pronunciate , lack of clarity, dysphagia, indwelling gastric tube and bilateral frontal and parietal can touch the 2cm in diameter hole in the bone, later can and cord like subcutaneous burying filling, from the ear, neck, abdomen to even the Ministry and cervical hard, abdomen is soft, abdomen visible about 5 cm surgery scars, GCS score of E4V2M6.The limb movement is limited, many are buckling shape, the right hand can slowly keep the thing, the muscle strength is 3, and the other limb muscle strength is 0, the limb muscle tension is high.
