PAGE PAGE 1 .摘 要 本次毕业设计以“笔筒”塑件为设计对象。首先分析聚碳酸酯（PC）的注塑工艺、笔筒塑件的结构、精度等级及工艺性；其次确定了型腔数目、分型面及型腔排布位置、浇口形式及位置、侧抽芯机构、推出机构等模具结构设计；然后根据不同塑件精度及尺寸的要求，针对笔筒注塑模具进行注塑机的初选与校核，并构建标准模架及标准件；最后运用Pro/E、EMX、AutoCAD等计算机辅助绘图软件对笔筒注塑模具展开三维立体结构设计并制作二维平面工程图。 笔筒塑件采用无味、无毒、透明的PC材料注塑成型。该工件具有重量轻、耐腐蚀老化、强度高、使用寿命长、制作方便、价格低廉等特点。分型面选择在笔筒中间剖切面上、型腔确定为一模两腔、型腔排布为平衡对称式、注塑模选用双分型面注塑模、浇口选择为侧浇口、标准模架选用龙记模架（LKM），其型号规格为：AH-2525-A30-B30-C60，模仁尺寸为40x110x15mm,40x110x15mm，选定注射机型号为XS-ZY-125，其螺杆转速为10~140r/min,模板最大厚度为300mm、最小厚度为200mm,机器外形尺寸为3.34×0.75×1.55(m).本次毕业设计运用AutoCAD、Pro/E及EMX软件完成笔筒零件图、笔筒型腔的建立、笔筒注塑模具及笔筒平面工程图的绘制。 关键词:注塑模具, 笔筒,聚碳酸酯（PC）,工艺分析，模具结构设计 PAGE PAGE I Abstract The graduation design to pen holder plastic parts for the design object.
