Previous single manual recording has been unable to meet the current high-speed replacement of staff traffic. Simple access to archival records alone mobility , personal attendance and final settlement of wages , not only time consuming but also very easy to make mistakes , often putting in a lot of manpower and resources , but not satisfied with the efficient management . In order to facilitate the management of employees, the need for effective human resource management software, reducing the workload of staff, to facilitate the operation of its staff to improve the quality and level of management to achieve efficient, intelligent management, to improve staff management efficiency.
