It often refers to the nouns mentioned above as well as this/that. “It” is used as an Impersonal Pronoun. It often refers to time、distance、weather、climate、season、date and so on. “It” is used as Formal Subject or Object, referring to “ to do/ doing / clause” 1）陈述句The use of “it” for emphasis: 1）陈述句 It is/ was + 被强调部分 + that +句子的其余部分 who 人 3 3）强调句的特殊问句式：（强调特殊问词） 2）一般问句式: Is/ Was + it +被强调部分+that +句子的其余部分 特殊问词+ is/ was + it + that + 句子的其余部分 注意： 强调句的特殊问句式在复合句中作宾语时要用陈述语序。 Step 4.
