But the small and medium-sized en terprises of our country gen erally have marketi ng that assume comma nd, the phe nomenon of the light financing. Ability of raisi ng funds is bad, the ability of inv estme nt is weak, the in side con trols and performs practically no fun cti on, the finan cial affairs are con trolled, and finan cial supervisi on does ones best, the problem not perfect of the finan cial system. And the finan cial adm ini strati on is the key questi ons of en terprises, only stre ngthe n the work of finan cial admi nistrati on, can just make en terprises man ageme nt make the effect. As to this I will be from the gover nment, the market and en terprise on eself, three respects, will seek the countermeasure of the financial problem of management of small and medium-sized en terprises.
