TCC HSE Induction Training You will learn in this training HSE rules on our Project Site End of this training you will take an identity card for access to the site. Site access and exit is only a gate who shown you. Don’t use walls, fences ect. If HSE personel or Securty want to see your identity card, you must show. Always You must carry your identity card on you. If your card be lost, you must inform to administrative manager. Don’t make any changes on your card and don’t give your card any one. FORBIDDEN Don’t smoking outside smoking areas. Don’t speak phone when you are doing your job. Don’t use narcotics and non- prescription medicine. Don’t carry weapon and driller or cutter materials like a knife. INFORMATION You must read HSE Hand-book and bulletin that published on HSE table of dining-hall. You must inform us every breakdown. You must conform to warnings. Yo u must join toolbox training every morning. And sign toolbox form. SAFETY CONTROLS When your working area is checking; -- You must inform dangerous caseto HSE personal -- You must conform to warnings and recommendations. INFORM EVENTS You must inform every events to your director. These events are; -- occupational accidents, -- all accidents without injure or damage, -- tools or vechiles accidents, -- fire, -- the person who don’t obey the rules, -- spilling or leaking oils, chemical materials ect.. Don’t move injured personal on important accident. You must call First aid team. You must inform to infirmary on little accident. EMERGENCY CASES You must learn emergency case instructions. You must stop your job when you hear alarm-siren. You must stop machines and equipments. Yo u must inform to your director when you notice an emergency/dangerous case.. Yo u must come together and wait your director’s command. After you must go emergency gathering area without panic. You know that panic is dangerous. PERMIT TO WORK You must read permit to work and perform necessary of permit to work. You must be sure tha
