毕业论文范文模板 配送中心配货作业计划仿真研究 摘要 随着现代物流的发展，配送中心已经从企业的附属开始逐渐独立出来，成 为企业物流效率、成本控制的重要部分，对企业的经营利润、成本的影响越来 越大。本文基于此研究背景下，选择对配送中心配货效率营销最大的配货作业 计划部分为研究对象，进行仿真研究。本文选择了沃尔玛物流配送中心位于天 津的配送中心为研究对象，研究配送中心的配货作业计划实施的效率和存在的 问题。本文研究的范围仅限于配送中心作业流程中的配货作业部分，并对其建 立了模型，应用 Extendsim 软件进行仿真研究。仿真的指标体系包括：订单等 待队列长度指标、配送等待队列长度指标、资源利用率指标。仿真结果显示： 叉车的利用效率较低，有待提高、订单等待时间较长、资源利用率中卡车的利 用率低下有待进一步提升。针对此本文结合存在的问题进行了配货作业效率改 善的对策和建议：一是要优化配货路径或顺序，二是要优化配货方式的选择标 准，三是要合理规划货品区域的规划，四是要对配货作业流程进行重新审视和 改造。 关键词： 配送中心； 沃尔玛； ExtendSim； With the development of modern logistics, distribution center has been transferred gradually from the subsidiary to an independent department of the efficiency of enterprise logistics. And it has been an important way to control costs or improve the efficiency. It is becoming more and more important for the enterprises profit and cost. Therefore, this simulation study on the distribution center picking efficiency and picking operations plan. Author chooses the distribution center of Wal-Marts logistics center in Tianjin as the research object to study the efficiency of implementation of the distribution center picking operations and existing problems. Scope of this study is limited to picking in distribution center processes in the assignments section, and the establishment of the model, the application Extendsim software simulation study. The simulation system of indicators include: orders to wait for the queue length indicators, and distribution of the waiting queue length indicators, and resource utilization indicators. The simulation results show that: the low efficiency of the use of forklifts to be improved, orders waiting for a long time, low rate of utilization of resource 1
