浅析精准扶贫背景下政府的农村产业扶贫问题—以地坪镇为例 摘要：当下我国正处于精准扶贫的战略大环境下，国家已经对产业扶贫赋予了新的时代含义，并主动承担起国内贫困地区人口造血的功能，并且已经成为了目前精准扶贫政策所具有的核心性内容，于此同时，产业扶贫也属于我国打赢该脱贫攻坚战的关键性扶贫战略，不但属于精准扶贫工作的重头戏，并给也是进一步实现脱贫致富工作的根本性途径。黎平县作为我国所有贫困县之一，在脱贫攻击坚决胜期对产业扶贫的思路及模式也作出了相应的调整。本文结合相关文献及产业扶贫政策的有关内容，通过对地坪镇部分产业扶贫现状进行了解，发现其存在产业扶贫政策未能落到实处、产业扶贫存在增长极限、农民文化素质有限等问题，并提出了应建立产业扶贫监督考核机制、延长产业链、加强农民科技产业知识培训及人才引进等对策。 关键词：产业扶贫;精准扶贫;产业链 英文标题 On the Governments Poverty Alleviation in Rural Industries under the Background of Precision Poverty Alleviation Take Diping Town as an example Abstract： Under the background of the national precise poverty alleviation strategy, industrial poverty alleviation has been endowed with a new meaning, assuming the hematopoietic function of the poor, and has become the core content of the current precise poverty alleviation policy.
