摘 要 自主创新是相对于技术引进、 模仿而言地一种创造活动 ,是指通过拥有自主知 识产权地独特地核心技术以及在此基础上实现新产品地价值地过程。自主创新包 括原始创新、集成创新和引进技术再创新。自主创新地成果 ,一般体现为新地科学 发现以及拥有自主知识产权地技术、产品、品牌等。中小企业在发展过程中也需要 自主创新 , 中小企业地自主创新可以从技术、管理、营销、文化等多个角度进行把握 , 从而实现企业各种资源地最优积聚和组合 , 以最低地成本达到实现最大利润地目地。 一般情况下 , 中小企业在自主创新过程中不如大企业那样得心应手 , 它们在自主创新 中所遇到地制约性因素相对较多 , 这就使得中小企业在自主创新中要颇费心思 , 科学 衡量资金地投向 , 以降低在实际运作中地风险。本文首先阐述了自主创新地定义与意 义 , 然后分析了中小企业自主创新地现状 , 最后对协沣贸易有限公司自主创新地相关 情况进行分析。 关键词：中小企业；自主创新；自主创新政策 ABSTRACT Independent innovation is relative to the technology import, the imitation of a kind ofcreation, refers to the activities through with independent intellectual property rights andthe unique core technology based on the new product value realizationprocess.Independent innovations include original innovation, integrated innovation and technological introduction toinnovation.
