北方交通大学毕业设计（论文） 摘 要 车务段是铁路运输部门基层生产单位，所管辖的车站是构成路网的基本单元，所 其在路网中占有很重要的位置。但目前车务段对车站安全管理工作存在一定的弊端。 本文 2003-2007 年车务系统所发生的行车事故为背景，找出车务段的惯性易发事 故，即车务段接发列车惯性事故和车务段惯性调车事故。运用事故树模型对其进行系统 分析，找出车务段惯性易发事故发生的根本原因并制定有效的防控措施。 对车务段现行安全管理体制进行研究。在分析现行安全管理方面的弊端的基础上， 建立了一个切实可行、安全可靠的车务段安全管理机制，达到提高安全管理质量的目的。 关键词:车务段；行车事故；事故树；安全管理机制。 I 北方交通大学毕业设计（论文） Abstract Train operation depot is basal units of rail transport department.the station which is governed is the basic units of the road network, so it occupies a very important position in the whole network. However, the existing train operation depot have certain drawbacks of the safety management. In this paper, based on the train accidents of train operation system of Railway bureau during 2003 to 2007, the inertial and easy accident of train operation depot is found, that is inertia accident of train reception and departure and inertia accident of shunting operation. The fault tree model is established for analyzing the two accidents, the reason is found out and the efficient measure is formulated. The existing safety management system of the train operation depot is studied. Based on the analysis of the drawbacks which exist in the safety management, a viable, safe and reliable train operation depot of the security management mechanism is established and in order to enhance the quality of safety management.
