The baicalin cotent was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) on C18 column(5 μm, 4.6 mm×150 mm), with a mobile phase of methanol 2 g/L phosphoric acid(40 ∶60). The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, and the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. RESULTS: Radix Ophiopogonis and Veitchii Lynch were identified by TLC. The calibration curve was in good linearity over the range of 0.1405-1.2641 μ g(r=0.9998).The average recovery rate was 98.71%, and RSD was 0.52%(n=5).
