发酵桑叶替代鱼粉对大口黑鲈脂质代谢与抗氧化能力的影响 摘要:大口黑鲈俗称加州鲈鱼、黑鲈。其属鲈形目、鲈亚目、太阳鱼科、黑鲈属。原产于北美洲,在我国于上世纪七十年代末从国外引进,在经过了多年的发展后,大口黑鲈已成为国内重要的淡水养殖品种之一,且年产量年平均能够保持在15万吨以上,本文目的是研究发酵桑叶替代鱼粉对大口黑鲈脂质代谢以及抗氧化能力的影响,并以鱼粉、豆粕和棉籽蛋白为主要蛋白源,以鱼油和豆油为脂肪源配制应用基础饲料。在基础饲料中用发酵桑叶分别替代0%、5%、10%鱼粉;在10%鱼粉替代水平基础上,补充晶体赖氨酸和蛋氨酸使之与0%替代水平时的赖氨酸和蛋氨酸含量等同,配制成4种等能等氮的试验饲料,并选用当年培育大口黑鲈480尾,随机分成4个处理,每个处理设4个重复,每个重复30尾。在室内淡水循环水族缸(有效体积为250 L)中饲养加州鲈8周。实验结果表明,发酵桑叶对于大口黑鲈的抗氧化能力有明显的增强效果,与对照组相比,饲料中添加发酵桑叶的大口黑鲈的胆固醇和甘油三酯含量均有所降低。 关键词:大口黑鲈 鱼粉 发酵桑叶 抗氧化 Effect of fermented mulberry replacing fish meal on metabolism and the antioxidation ability of largemouth bass lipid Abstract:California Perch, commonly known as Largemouth bass. The genus Perciformes, Lu Yamu, sunfish, largemouth bass genus. Native to North America, in China in seventy years last century from abroad, after years of development, Largemouth Bass has become one of the most important freshwater aquaculture varieties in China, and the annual average annual output can be maintained at more than 150000 tons, the purpose of this paper is to study the effect of replacement of fish meal on Fermentation of mulberry leaf lipid of largemouth bass metabolism and antioxidant capacity, and fish meal, soybean meal and cottonseed protein as the main protein source, with fish oil and soybean oil as lipid source based feed preparation. On the basis of in feed by fermentation of mulberry leaves were 0%, 5%, 10% fish meal replacement; replacement level based on 10% fish meal, added crystalline lysine and methionine to lysine and methionine levels and 0% substitute equivalent, prepared 4 kinds of test feed to nitrogen, and the cultivation of big year bass 480 tail, were randomly divided into 4 treatments, each treatment had 4 replicates, each replicate 30 tail.
