中国科技论文在线 企业科学家RD 合作网络、科学研究与技 术创新绩效# 蔡虹，裴云龙* 5 （西安交通大学管理学院，西安710049） 摘要：基于社会网络的结构视角和认知视角，本文首先提出关于企业科学家RD （research and development ）合作网络如何影响科学知识应用过程的概念模型和研究假设。其次，采用 中国有机精细化学行业代表性企业 ISIP 公司的专利和论文数据，本文通过整合企业科学家 10 合作发表网络和合作发明网络建立科学家RD 合作网络，并基于负二项回归模型对研究假 设进行实证检验。最后，本文实证结果表明，企业科学家的科学研究对其技术创新绩效的正 向影响（主效应关系）并不稳健；其跨越结构洞的网络位置对主效应关系没有显著影响；企 业科学家的 GATEKEEPER 角色则对主效应关系具有显著的正向调节作用；企业科学家的 BROKER 角色和COORDINATOR 角色对主效应关系均没有显著影响。 15 关键词：技术经济及管理；企业科学家RD 合作网络；科学研究；技术创新绩效 中图分类号：F270 Corporate Scientists’ RD collaboration Network, Scientific Research and Technological Innovation Performance 20 CAI Hong, PEI Yunlong (School of Management, Xian Jiaotong University, Xian 710049) Abstract: In the light of structure view and cognitive view, firstly the study put forward a conceptual model and several hypotheses about how corporate scientists’ RD (research and development) collaboration network affects the process of scientific knowledge application. Second, the study builds 25 the scientists RD collaboration network by bridging the co-publication network and co-invention network based on the SCI papers and patents data of ISIP respectively, with bridging scientists, and tests the hypotheses empirically with negative binomail regression model. Last, the study empirically finds that the impact of corporate scientists’ scientific research on technological innovation performance is positive but not robust, and the relationship is significantly positively moderated by 30 corporate scientists’ GAREKEPPER roles reflecting their alters’ heterogeneous kn
