郑州市培育区域性物流中心的 SWOT 分析 　　摘 要：随着我国科学技术的迅速发展，物流产业日益兴起， 在社会生活的方方面面中起到了至关重要的作用。郑州市作为河南省 的省会城市、中原经济区的中心、国家关键的综合性交通枢纽，必然 要壮大区域性物流中心。河南省作为国家的农业大省，必然离不开物 流产业的支撑。本文运用 SWOT 分析法，结合物流经济对区域发展的 作用和郑州市目前区域物流发展状况及 问题，分析郑州市培育并壮大 区域性物流中心的优势、劣势、机遇及威胁，提出对郑州市培育和壮 大区域性物流中心的建议。 　　关键词 ：区域性物流；郑州；物流产业 　　中 图分类号：F259.2 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1671-0037 （2018）4-56-3 　　DOI ：10.19345/j.cxkj.1671-0037.2018.04.012 　　Abstract ： With the rapid development of science and technology in our country， the logistics industry is rising day by day ， playing a vital role in all aspects of social life. As the capital city of Henan Province， the center of the Central Plains Economic Zone and the key comprehensive transportation hub of the country， Zhengzhou must expand regional logistics centers. As a countrys leading agricultural province ， Henan Province is bound to rely on the support of the logistics industry. This paper analyzed the advantages， disadvantages ， opportunities and threats of developing and expanding the regional logistics center in Zhengzhou by using the SWOT analysis method， combining the role of the logistics economy to regional development and the current situation and problems of Zhengzhous current regional logistics development， and put forward some countermeasures for Zhengzhou to cultivate and expand the regional logistics center. 　　Key words ： regional logistics ； Zhengzhou ； logistics industry 　　 1 我物流产业发展的现状 　　 1.1 目前我国物流产业的发展趋势 　　自我国实施科教兴国的方针后，科学技术显著提升，随之带来 的是电子商务领域的迅速崛起，这为物流产业的发展打下了良好的基 础。而人口数量的不断提升所带来的需求激增，是物流产业发展的内 在动力。同时，我国发展物流产业、不断建设区域性物流中心具有非 常明显的优势。我国位于东南沿海地区，具有众多的海港、港湾及口 岸城市，这为我国的海上物流运输和进出口贸易提供了便利的条件。 国家越来越重视物流产业的发展，给予了许多政策的扶持，旨在不断 降低物流成本、加大对物流产业的基础设施建设、提升物流产业集约 化规模化水平，促进我国物流产业又快又好发展。我国近年来一直提 出要深化“一带一路”战略，深化与沿线国家的经济交流与技术合作。 　　我国近年来的物流行业发展势头良好。目前，我国物流行业逐 步朝着所有制多元化、服务网络化和管理现代化的方向迈进，不断加 强对物流市场结构的优化，坚持以“互联网+” 引领物流产业快速发展。 同时，社会物流总费用占 GDP 比率的逐步下降也说明
