PAGE II 外吸式滤尘器设计 摘 要 随着国内经济的快速发展，PM2.5、环境问题已经成我们越来越关注的问题。其中，粉尘的污染越来越严重。粉尘的污染严重影响了人们的生活质量和健康，也严重影响了企业产品的质量。所以粉尘的处理成为人们必须要面对的问题。对除尘设备的设计和研究具有非常重要的意义。 设计之初通过资料的查阅，了解和掌握滤尘器的组成、分类，研究现状及其发展趋势等内容。通过方案的选择比较与论证确定滤尘器的总体方案，本次设计其主要内容有2部分：传动系统的设计和滤尘部分的设计。对总体方案中设计到的轴、带轮等主要零部件进行设计、计算、校核与确定。 通过本次设计在巩固和总结大学所学知识的同时，以后上班也有了一些经验。 关键字：外吸式；滤尘器；设计；传动系统；滤尘部分 Design of external suction filter Abstract With the rapid development of the domestic economy, PM2.5, environmental issues have become more and more we are concerned about the issue.
