山东建筑大学硕士学位论文 摘 要 随着我国经济高质量发展战略的实施，以及生态文明建设理念的提出，生态建设 项目已经成为推动城市发展与改善生态环境的双赢举措。近年来，EPC模式凭借其设计 主导、各环节深度融合等优势在生态园林行业得到了较为广泛的应用。本文结合案例， 探讨将EPC模式应用于生态建设项目的可行性，并总结经验、指出问题，提出合理化 建议。 本研究首先通过问卷调查对EPC模式与生态建设项目在进度、成本、质量、人力 资源等方面的关联度进行测评；然后在时间维度上分别对设计、采购、施工三个方面 进行分析，初步探讨将EPC模式应用于生态建设项目的可行性；接着选取某市YG生态 建设项目作为研究对象，在功能维度上分别对进度、成本、质量以及人力资源四个管 理过程进行探讨。其中在案例分析过程中，运用单代号网络图、六时标注法计算得出 关键路径，采取有效措施对关键分项活动进行重点关注，运用挣值法对项目的进度与 成本偏差进行探讨，为及时纠偏提供数据支撑。 通过分析研究，结论如下：生态建设项目通过采用EPC模式，总承包企业的管理 范围相对于传统模式更大，其设计优势能够更加充分地体现，进而促进设计、采购与 施工深度融合；设计、采购与施工的无缝衔接、互相促进，能够提高设计质量、促进 交叉实施、减少工程变更，进而达到缩短工期、降低成本、保证质量的目的。因此可 以看出，将EPC模式应用于生态建设项目具有一定的可行性。 本研究的结果将为今后EPC模式在生态园林行业的进一步推广提供一定的依据， 也为国内EPC总承包企业壮大自身实力、实施 “走出去”战略奠定基础。 关键词：EPC模式，生态建设项目，进度管理，成本管理，质量管理 I 山东建筑大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT With the development of high quality economy and the construction of ecological civilization, ecological construction projects have become a win-win measure to promote urban development and improvethe ecological environment.In recent years,EPCmodel has been widely used in the ecological landscape industry with the advantages of design leading and deep integration of various links.This paper takes this as a starting point to explore the feasibility of applying EPC model to ecological construction projects, summarizes experience,pointsoutproblemsandputsforwardrationalization suggestionsbased on cases.
