基于技术创新的企业组织结构选择对动态能力的影响研究 摘 要 经济全球化加速和新技术革命的到来，使企业成为可产生持续创新力量的组 织机构。在技术革新过程中，将实现组织结构的革新，创造出企业的动态能力。 组织结构与技术创新二者互相促进发展变革。怎样从技术创新的角度去优化组织 结构，最终形成企业的动态能力，提高企业竞争优势，是本文的研究方向。 本文首先介绍了组织结构的意义和基本特征，概括了组织结构的关键点，随 后构建了基于技术创新的企业组织结构创新影响企业动态能力形成的模型。组织 结构对企业活力的影响和研究结果将国内外组织结构与动态能力的关系的研究 结果相结合并加以说明。通过分析组织结构和动态能力这两个概念的含义和特点， 强调了组织结构与企业动态能力形成与否之间的相互关系。即若需要促进企业动 态功能形成，那么其基本条件是发展企业的技术创新优势，与此同时根据内外部 环境的变化变革组织结构。运用SPSS21.0，通过设定变量、发放和恢复问卷调 查、问卷质量分析和回归分析，可以确定，有机制组织结构对企业动态能力的形 成有着积极正向的影响作用。最后，基于组织结构理论和动态能力理论，诠释了 如何在技术创新的基础上构建组织架构，促进企业动态能力的形成，以此得到研 究结论及管理启发。 关键词：动态能力；组织结构；技术创新 III 基于技术创新的企业组织结构选择对动态能力的影响研究 Abstract With the acceleration of economic globalization and the advent of new technological revolution, enterprises have become the organizations that can generate sustainable innovation. In the process of technological innovation, the innovation of organizational structure will be realized and the dynamic capability of the enterprise will be created. Organizational structure and technological innovation promote development and change mutually. The research direction of this paper is how to optimizethe organizational structure from theperspective oftechnological innovation, finally form the dynamic ability of enterprises, and improve the competitive advantageofenterprises. This paper first introduces the meaning and basic characteristics of the organizational structure, summarizes the key points of the organizational structure, and then constructs a model of the influence of the innovation of the organizational structure on the formation of the dynamic capability of the enterprise based on technological innovation.
