论绿色城市的守望之低碳建筑 学院：土建学院 班级：城规 11-BF 姓名：孟京 学号： 【摘要 】：建筑行业是资源、 能源耗能大户。 据统计 ,全球 50% 的资源用于建筑的建造及其使 用过程 ,产生的 50% 的固体废弃物也来源于建筑行业 ,且建筑行为本身也伴随着对环境的破 坏 ,所以在低碳经济环境下发展低碳型建筑势在必行。它是一个具有前瞻性和全方位的系统 工程 ,代表着环境友好、节约资源、科技含量高的可持续发展建筑规划理念 ,为人们提供健康 舒适的居住环境 ,将建筑融入到原有的自然生态环境并与其形成新的生态平衡环境 ,并与所 处的生态环境和谐共生。 本文通过对国内外低碳型建筑发展现状的分析 ,引出建筑规划概念、 特征、基本理念 , 提出对低碳型建筑的发展提出展望 ,并期望更多的学者能致力于低碳型建 筑发展领域的研究工作，从而达到构建绿色城市的最终目的。 [Abstract] ：Construction industry is the largest consumption of resources and energy industry.
