{生产现场管理}浮法 玻璃原料车间工艺的初步 设计 450t/d 浮法玻璃原料车间工艺的初步设计 摘要 浮法玻璃是现如今生产平板玻璃的广范使用方法，并且原料车间又是浮法玻 璃生产过程中的最为主要的环节。本设计是 450t/d 浮法玻璃原料车间工艺的初步 设计，其主要是对浮法玻璃原料车间的设计方案和工艺流程进行阐述。原料车间 的核心任务就是把质量和粒度都符合要求的粉料经破碎、筛分等工艺流程制备成 制定玻璃品种生产过程中所需的配合料，并最终送进窑头进行熔制。该环节过程 中的精准配料和生产过程中的稳定运行决定了所生产玻璃质量的优劣。因此在浮 法玻璃原料车间设计中工艺方案的确定和装备设备的选取尤为重要。对于原料车 间内的合理化布局，每一部分的紧密衔接都是保证玻璃质量的关键，本设计中主 要叙述了现如今玻璃行业的发展情况和存在的问题，原料成分的选取和配比计算， 设备选取和经济效益等部分，最后通过手绘和 CAD 绘图俩种方式对原料车间的整 体布局进行了绘制。整个设计的内容完整，结合了生产过程中的实际情况，对实 际生产有一定的指导意义。 关键词：浮法玻璃；原料；工艺流程；平衡计算 450t/dfloatglassrawmaterialsworkshopprocesstheprelimi narydesign ABSTRACT Floatglassistheproductionofflatglassisnowawiderangeofuse,andworksh opmaterialsisthemostmajorpartofthefloatglassproductionprocess.Thedesig nisaprocessofpreliminarydesignofthe450t/dfloatglassworkshopmaterials,w hichismainlydescribedthedesignandprocessoffloatglassworkshopmaterials.
