{生产工艺流程}年产 五万吨活性白土工艺 流程设计 摘要 活性白土是一种具有很强吸附能力的高效活性白土，它主要是以 膨润土矿为原料，经过精选、研磨、活化、挤压、洗涤、烘干 等一系列工序生产而成，被广泛应用于化工行业、食品行业、 石油行业以及污水处理等行业当中。 本文主要的任务是对一家工厂原有的活性白土生产流程进行改进， 对原来的一些不合理流程进一步修改，反应采用多级活化，使得操 作更加方便，能稳定的、连续的生产优质高效活性白土。对生产进 程中产生的废酸进行循环使用，降低了酸的消耗量的同时也减轻了 对环境的污染。并通过 aspen 进行模拟优化，对热量和物料进行计 算。 本流程主要分为五个工段，第一工段为原料工段，主要是对膨润土 矿进行破碎和研磨。第二工段为反应工段，通过五级串联的反应 釜对膨润土进行活化。第三工段为洗涤工段，对活化后的白土进 行压滤和洗涤以除去吸附的酸。第四工段为干燥包装工段，由于压 滤后的白土中含有大量的水必须除去，热空气通过转圆筒干燥器与 白土对流而带走水分，干燥后的白土进入包装车间进行包装。第五 工段是废水处理工段，对洗涤出来的废水进行净化并回收重复利用。 关键词：活性白土生产流程活化吸附改进循环 Abstract ActivatedClayisamaterialwithverystrongadsorptioncapacity, itismainlybasedonbentoniteoreasrawmaterial,aftercarefully selected,grinding,activation,extrusion,washing,dryinganda seriesofprocessesofproduction.Itbeingwidelyusedinchemical industry,foodindustry,petroleumindustry,sewagetreatmentan dotheroccupations.
