量化测评方式在中职学校班主任考核中的应用研究 —以XH 学校为例 摘要：考核中等职业学校的班主任工作是中等职业学校教育评价的重要内容。 量化测评方式是教育评价的基本方法之一，它也是考核班主任工作的教育评价实 践中，一直受到重视的考核评价方式，XH 学校近年来一直将量化测评方式作为 班主任工作考核的主要评价方式之一。在量化测评方式应用于XH 学校班主任考 核实践中，研究者获得了许多宝贵经验和体会。在其基础上依据教育评价理论和 实证研究方法对 XH 学校班主任的量化测评方式进行深入研究，不仅完善了 XH 学校的班主任考核中量化测评方式，也为量化测评方式运用与教育评价实践提供 了应用参考，在一定程度上还丰富了教育评价理论。 本研究旨在完善合肥市XH 学校班主任工作量化测评方式。目的在于探索如 何更好地将量化测评方式应用到班主任日常工作的评价中，使班主任量化测评能 够促进班主任专业化水平提升，提高工作积极性、增强工作责任心，引导学生更 好地发展。 本研究利用问卷调查和访谈等方法就班主任工作的测评目的、测评主体、测 评指标、测评指标的权重、评分方式、测评结果的反馈等方面进行调查研究。研 究发现XH 学校现行的班主任工作量化测评方式存在测评主体单一、测评指标不 够全面、指标权重分配不合理、测评反馈方式简单等问题。针对调查发现的问题， 利用德尔菲法修改了XH 学校的班主任工作量化测评方式。修改后的方式删除不 合理的测评指标、增加加分项测评指标、修改权重值、新增多角度的测评主体、 调整评分方式及改进测评结果的反馈方式。新方式在以下方面得到优化：（1）提 高领导班子对量化测评价值的认识；（2）完善测评指标、权重值；（3）新增多元 化的测评主体及测评方法；（4）优化测评结果的反馈和运用策略；（5）进一步健 全测评的激励机制。 关键词：中等职业学校；班主任；量化测评；教育评价 III Research on the Application of Quantitative Evaluation Method in the Teacher in Charge Assessment of Secondary Vocational Schools A Case Study of XH School Abstract: the assessment of the work of the head teacher in the secondary vocational school is an important part of the education evaluation of the secondary vocational school.
