中国矿业大学银川学院毕业论文 {精益生产管理}精益生产 方式在企业中的应用研究 I 中国矿业大学银川学院毕业论文 摘要 精益生产方式是人类工业化历史上的第三个里程碑，是具有革命性的生产管 理和实践方式。它的核心思想是减少浪费，建立具有高效率的生产系统，提高企 业利润。它代表着当今制造业的发展方向，被誉为 “21世纪制造业的标准生产方 式”。精益生产作为一种先进的生产方式，对提高目前中国制造业的生产管理水 平，增强中国企业的竞争力具有重要的现实意义。 本文结合公司现有的组织结构、现场管理、质量管理、产品开发、生产组织 等方面存在的问题，依据精益生产的思想进行分析，综合应用拉动式生产、并行 工程、6S 、TPM 、目视管理、质量管理等精益生产的理论和方法，以精益生产的 核心思想和原则，结合企业具体的情况，提出了伊品生物公司的精益生产方案， 解决了生产中所存在的管理问题，生产过程中所存在的浪费等，建立了企业系统 的精益生产系统，提高了企业的现场管理水平、生产质量和企业竞争力。 关键词:精益生产;拉式生产;现场管理;质量管理 II Abstract Leanproductionisthehumanindustrializationonthehistoryofthethirdmi lestone,arevolutionaryofproductionmanagementandthepracticalway.Itscen tralideaistoreducewaste,toestablishateamwithhighefficiencyoftheproduc tionsystem,andimproveenterpriseprofits.Itrepresentsthedevelopmentdire ctionofmanufacturing,knownasthe“21centurymanufacturingstandardsmodeo fproduction”.Leanproductionasakindofadvancedproductionmode,toimprove thepresentChinamanufacturingproductionmanagementlevel,andenhancethepe titivenessofChineseenterpriseshasanimportantpracticalsignificance.
