小学班主任职业幸福感的现状及提升对策的研究 摘 要 教育的终极目标是追求幸福。好的教育是培养学生的幸福观、幸福品质和终身幸福 能力。苏霍姆林斯基指出,“学校的任务不仅是传授学生工作所需的知识,满足社会活动 的要求,而且要给予每个人精神上的幸福。”在教学行业,没有教师的幸福，就没有学生 的幸福；没有幸福的教师，就没有幸福的学生。 2009年08月24日，教育部门出台的《中小学班主任工作规定》当中就明确强调， 班主任作为中小学政治教育以及学生管理的重要主体，是中小学生今后发展的引导者， 要尽可能引领中小学生向正确的方向发展。小学教学过程中，学生对班主任的认可程度 和信赖依赖远大于其他人。江苏省教科院黄正平教授说：“只有幸福的班主任。才会关 怀学生的幸福，才能培养出幸福的学生。”可见，学生的幸福感与班主任的幸福感密切 相关。 本研究将文献研究以及调查问卷等相结合，将深圳市小学班主任幸福感作为研究对 象，分析了其幸福感实际情况，以及存在的不足，力争对问题的解决提出建议。研究结 果表明：深圳市小学班主任职业幸福感程度一般。小学班主任职业幸福感存在学历和职 称差异。幸福感与自身因素、学校环境、社会支持和薪资待遇相关。 针对上述存在问题，本文从几点提到提高教师幸福感的渠道，从个人层面、学校层 面、学生层面和家长层面，并给出了相应的建议。 关键词：班主任；小学；幸福感 II Astudyonthecurrentsituationandpromotionstrategiesofprimaryschoolclassteachersprofessional happiness Abstract The ultimate goal of education is to pursue happiness.
