《包装结构设计》课程设计说明书 题目: 比利时巧克力包装结构设计 专 业： 包装工程 班 级： B0972班 姓 名： 曹美玲 学 号： 20912080225 指导老师： 李 萌 时 间： 2011.09.07—2011.09.27 九江学院机械与材料工程学院 摘 要 巧克力又名朱古力，是以可可为豆制品为主要原料制成的一类糖果。棕色有光泽，口感细腻润滑，有特殊芳香，发热量很高，营养价值丰富，易被人体消化吸收。 新鲜的可可豆中含有大量水分，没香气，经炒发酵后，便有了浓厚香气，这是经发酵而分解的多种氨基酸形成的。此外，在加工过程中添加了奶油、奶粉、麦芽、杏仁、兰香素等香气成分，使巧克力具有特殊芳香。 比利时巧克力的包装结构设计，是对巧克力进行了内包装容器和外包装纸盒的设计，设计包括了结构设计和装潢设计。经过对巧克力产品的特性分析和文化内涵的研究，及市场上其他巧克力产品包装特点的调查了解，对巧克力及巧克力添加物进行了包装设计，目的是对产品包装的同时体现巧克力给人带来的享受。 本文针对比利时巧克力，设计一款包装，其目的除了保护商品不受损坏外，主要目的是表达文化含义，使其形成一个细化的产品类别……执子之手，与子偕老。其可用于表达爱情的忠贞，属于高档产品。 关键词：比利时巧克力，结构设计，装潢设计，执子之手，与子偕老 ABSTRACT Chocolate ,chocolate and products for main raw cocoa is ,made of candy Brown luster ,exquisite and lubricant ,have a special aromatherapy, calorific capacity is very high, rich in nutritional value, easily absorbed by human body.
