It is intended to clarify responsibilities of the various entities involved, and define a consistent path for all units. 本程序叙述了每个工艺和公用工程装置详细性能考核程序的编制，性能考核的实施及其结果报告。是用来澄清相关各实体职责并对所有单元设定一个统一的路径。 This Procedure is for use by CNOOC Integrated Management Team (IPMT) and its EPC Contractors during Implementation Phase of the CNOOC Huizhou Refinery Project. 本程序将为CNOOC一体化管理小组(IPMT)及其EPC承包商在CNOOC惠州***炼油项目实施期间使用。 DEFINITIONS AND ACRONYMS 定义和首字母缩写词 EPC and/or EPC Contractor – Entity engaged by CNOOC to perform engineering, procurement and construction services for the project during Implementation Phase.
