山东理工大学 毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 钻通机的设计 学 院： 机械工程学院 专 业： 机械设计制造及其自动化 学生姓名： 王恒 指导教师： 王勇 毕业设计（论文）时间：二О一一 年 三 月 二十三 日～ 六 月 十 四日 共 十二 周 中文摘要 摘要 在旧油管清洗过程中，致密坚硬的污垢、锈皮采用单一的高压水射流清洗时，所需的射流压力大，采用油管钻通机进行预清洗。介绍了油管钻通机的清洗原理、结构特点、以及关键技术。油管钻通机和高压水射流内清洗线配合使用，可大大提高钻通清洗效率以及清洗合格率。 由于绝大多数注水井回收油管表面垢层的主要成分是 CaCO3、CaSO4，并有少量的 Fe2O3、BaSO4、SrSO4 等成份，致密坚硬。采用单一的高压水射流清洗时，压力必须达到 70MPa 以上才能清洗干净甚至有些硬厚水垢、锈皮需要 150MPa 以上的高压水才能清洗干净，在这么高的压力下工作，对操作工人的安全是一个很大的考验。这就要求在对油管进行高压水射流清洗之前进行预清洗，降低射流水的压强，传统的预清洗有中频感应加热预清洗、远红外预热清洗、机械预清洗等几种清洗方法，中频加热预清洗虽然能量集中、速度快，但功效大难于控制，并伴有烟尘污染。机械钻通机清洗具有清洗效率高、环保等优点，得到了广泛的使用。 关键词：油管；预清洗；钻通；环保 I 英文摘要 Abstract In The harmonic putter technology is improved on the base the old pipe cleaning process, the hard compact dirt, rust leather with a single high pressure water jet cleaning, the required jet pressure, the use of tubing drill through pre-cleaning machine.
