Those present were as follows: Anita Booe Bob Koehler Rolando Campa Barry Markus Tom Cash Margaret Mauney Jim Eager Rey Ramirez Eloy Guerrero Elizabeth Richmond Kathy Iversen Jim Stables Michael Johnson David Warf Bailey Jordan Pilar Zarrate The primary topics covered were: Review of December 16, 1994 Steering Committee minutes Other CASA NUEVA management issues Systems Team progress Organizational structure and implementation resources March 1 2 Facilitation Meeting agenda Best Practice site visits The most significant elements covered during the meeting are captured in the following: Review of December 16, 1994 Steering Committee Minutes Last meeting’s to-do points include: Workplans - The project workplans will be distributed over the next week. Facilitation meeting change - The meeting has been changed to March 1 2. Production planning - As a result of the Inventory Control break-out session at the last Facilitation meeting, David Warf, Mike Liuzzo and Sparky Heitmann, an Arthur Andersen manager from Charlotte, will identify the sponsor, scope, deliverables, start date and stop date of other inventory related SLKP projects which may impact the success of CASA NUEVA. The purpose of this information gathering effort is to ensure that there are no issues which, by not being addressed, could threaten CASA NUEVA’s successful implementation. The Steering Committee decided that Paul Trueax should be the sponsor of this study. David Warf will develop a work plan for this study and review with Paul, Sparky and Mike.
