The scope of the project is to ascertain inventory projects now under way, or which are about to begin at SLKP to: Determine the potential impact on the CASA NUEVA inventory tracking process; Analyze inventory project deficiencies as they relate to CASA NUEVA; and Develop a comprehensive report for each inventory tracking project identified showing scope, sponsor, deliverables, start and end date A list of individuals interviewed was presented by Division.
