PDT’s Issues We will use the test data that has been set up for training. The machine download into the CDR is part of the test plan The partial coin count (PPC) will not be tested in this phase as the CDR is not ready for PPC. JD to obtain required coins from Craig McMaster Conclusion The core PDT testing looks on time and should be setup/operating OK, assuming we can get the coins within 1/2 a days notice. The PPC will not be operating for the System Test. Dollar Dealers Issues We need to define who is to install the DD equipment (including the DD, MPC , etc) When it is to be installed JD to obtain required coins from Craig McMaster, we have sent him a memo, but he has not yet received it. Conclusion I do not know the status of when the DD’s will be installed. I need to find this out from Joe Cronin. Attraction Revenue Issues DW to talk to VW re: when will their equipment be ready to include within the test. As a temp measure we can create an import file, but this is not a real system test. Conclusion Similarly I need to talk to the Compass installers to know when their system will be in a position to export a revenue file. BMS Issues Need to get an import file from BMS, Brett will organise this today or tomorrow. We need to get a time and date from Brett as to when this export file will be ready, PVAACT.SC3 Conclusion We need to talk to Brett urgently to get some times and dates for the export file, as it is an important part of the labour/sales reports from the CDR.
