Unit 6 E-communication Task 2 Good morning, I’m Sandra Woodward from the IT Department. I’m going to introduce two new functions of our company’s intranet. Since the “zero e-mail” policy came into effect, it is very important that we all know how to use the intranet effectively for information exchange and interpersonal communication. You mention three different things in one long passage. It’s hard for me to understand at the first reading. Anne: Oh, sorry. What should I have done? Mr. Smith: It’s better to put them in three separate paragraphs or write three e-mails under different subject headings. Anne: I see. That makes it easier to get the main points, does it? Mr. Smith: Yes. The la
