Since its emergence， it has been developing rapidly all over the world. In many developed countries， it has become the second major way for enterprises to acquire equipment. Chinas leasing industry began to develop since 1980s， with the transition of Chinas economic system， financial leasing industry in the development process has experienced the whole process of transformation from planned economy to market economy. However， due to various reasons causing greater risk of financial leasing business， resulting in slow development of Chinas financial leasing business. The core of this paper is how to effectively predict and control the risk of financial leasing， so as to ensure the rapid and healthy development of the financial leasing
