韩国文化产业的发展及其对中国的启示 摘要：文化是民族的血脉，是人民的精神家园。文化产业作为一种既属经济领域，又属文化领域的特殊产业，是按照包含工业生产专业化和程序化等一般内容的工业标准，生产、再生产、储存以及分配文化产品和服务的一系列活动，是从事文化产品生产和提供文化服务的经营性行业。本文以文化产业的基本概念、界定范围以及文化产业在国民经济发展的重要地位为切入点，以韩国的文化产业为案例，就韩国文化产业的发展阶段、发展现状进行了介绍，并对韩国发展文化产业的宝贵经验进行阐述；本文对我国文化产业的现状、面临的问题和未来发展潜力进行了分析，本文的最后，重点就韩国文化产业之于我国提出了五点启示。本文的研究，将为我国更好的发展文化产业提供一些有益的思考。 关键词：韩国；文化产业；文化体制；文化产业政策 The development of the cultural industry in Korea and its Implications for China Abstract: Culture is the lifeblood of the nation, is the spiritual home of the people. Cultural industry as a case of the economic sphere, but also is a special field of culture industry is the industry standard in accordance with the general industrial production specialization and programmed production, reproduction, storage, and distribution of cultural products and services a range of activities, is engaged in the production of cultural products and cultural services business industry. In this paper, the basic concepts of the cultural industry, an important position of the defined range as well as the cultural industry in the development of the national economy as the starting point, the case of Koreas cultural industry, introduced the development status, the stage of development of the cultural industry in Korea, and the Korea Development valuable experience in elaborate cultural industries; analysis of the status quo of Chinas cultural industry, faced with the problem and the potential for future development, the end of this article, focusing on the Korean cultural industry in China has put forward a five-point lesson. This study will provide some useful thinking for the better development of cultural industries.
