三亚学院毕业论文（设计） 第 PAGE IV页 PAGE PAGE IV 中小企业国际贸易融资问题探讨 摘 要 随着我国社会经济改革的不断深入，我国进出口贸易额的大幅度增长，中小企业对经济的发展起着越来越重要的作用。中小企业不仅对国民生产总值贡献巨大，而且在提供就业机会、调整经济结构、活跃城乡经济发展等方面均发挥了积极的作用。但是，长期以来，我国的中小企业在参与国际贸易的过程中，都面临着市场开拓难、收汇风险多等难题。随着全球经济危机爆发，经济下滑，中小企业融资难的问题越发严重。本文旨在，通过充分研究欧美发达国家解决国际贸易融资难的相关对策，探析我国中小企业国际贸易融资存在的问题。首先，对我国中小企业贸易融资的现状及存在的问题展开深入分析；其次，进一步探析我国中小企业国际贸易融资问题的影响因素，对我国中小企业贸易融资的现状、存在问题展开深入分析；最后，结合发达国家在利用国际贸易融资促进中小企业发展的先进经验，并根据我国中小企业发展的具体情况，从企业、金融机构和政府三方面，提出解决我国中小企业国际贸易融资问题的对策。 关键词：中小企业，国际贸易融资，发达国家 Research on International Trade Financing Problem of Chinese SME Abstract With the social and economic reform of China, Chinas import and export trade increase substantially, SME plays an increaingly important role in the development of economy. SME not only contributed to GDP, but also play an positive role in providing employment opportunities, adjusting economic structure, urban and rural economic development. However, for a long time, when participate in the international trade medium and small enterprises of China, are faced with difficult market development, more foreign exchange risks and other problems.With the global economic crisis, economic downturn, the difficult problem of SME financing is more serious. This article, through researching the countermeasures of European and American countries to solve international trade financing difficulties, deliberate the problems of international trade of SMEs in China.First of all, analyse the current situation of SME trade finance and the problems in-deeply. Second, further analyse the factors for SME financing of international trade，and the trade financing for SME on the present status and existing problems.Finally, combine with the developed countries in the use of international trade financing promote advanced experience of the development of SME, then according to Chinas small and medium-sized enterprises development and the specific situation and propose solutions to the financing
