经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 仅供参考 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 摘 要 农民工作为我国城市化建设的主要力量，对社会发展做出了积极的贡献。但是就目前来看，受政策体制和社会地位等因素的影响，我国农民工遭遇着待遇差和生活环境差的生活困境，仍然无法享受到有力的社会保障。因此，为了对农民工社会保障问题进行研究，本文首先对农民工社会保障的概念进行了研究，然后在此基础之上以贵阳市为例，对农民工社会保障现状、问题及对策进行了研究。而从本文的研究结果来看，由于户籍结构、司法制度不完善、政府执法不力、社保资金不足和农民工自身问题等因素导致的农民工社会保险缺失、福利不足、救助缺失和实践不足的问题仍然存在。而想要解决这些问题，则需要通过改革户籍制度、加强立法、转变政府职能、拓宽融资渠道和提高农民素质等方面来进行，从而为农民工群体提供较好的社会保障，进而促进农村经济的发展。 关键字：社会保障,农民工,贵阳市 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 Abstract As the main force of Chinas urbanization, rural migrant workers has made a positive contribution to social development. But, for now, the influence of factors such as policy system and social status, Chinas migrant workers suffering a poor treatment and living environment is poor life predicament, still cant enjoy the powerful social security. Therefore, in order to study the problems of the migrant workers social security, this paper first studied the concept of migrant workers social security, and then on this basis to guiyang city as an example, the migrant workers social security status quo, problems and countermeasures are studied. And from the point of the research results of this article, because the household structure, the legal system is not perfect, the government, law enforcement, social security caused by factors such as insufficient funds and its own problems rural migrant workers migrant workers lack of social insurance, welfare is insufficient, lack of relief and the problem of insufficient practice still exist. And want to solve these problems, it needs by reforming the household registration system, strengthen the legislation, the transformation government function, broaden the financing channels, and improve farmers quality, etc, thus to provide a better social security for migrant workers, and promote the development of rural economy.
