But the scene as the core of criminal technology, is the basis for investigation of criminal cases, is to collect evidence of a crime, an important means to obtain the investigation clue. How to effectively combine the scene and figureinvestigation in the investigation of crime information, the two together, will become the future of criminal investigation, the key in the criminal procedure. This paper starts with the background and significance of the topic, the related concepts are analyzed, the concept and function of the scene, task and role of figureinvestigation concept as well as the scene described. After the introduction of the two practical application case, and the case analysis, finally gives analysis of application of figureinvestigation technology in the field of exploration in, from the use of video detection technology assisted scene determined by video investigation provide evidence prospecting evidence for the scene, the scene and video investigation combined with the matters for attention in application of the three aspects of analysis and summary.
